TheStateGridCorpofChina,aState-ownedpowersupplier,vowedonTuesdaytobolsterinternationalcollaborationingreenenergydevelopment,offeringregionalsolutionsthatwillcontributetotheglobalpursuitofcarbonneutrality.
XinBaoan,chairmanoftheStateGrid,saidthecompanywilltakeaseriesofmeasurestoenhancetheglobalcooperationofenergyfacilities,strengthentheinterconnectionwithneighboringcountriesintermsofpowergrids,boostpolicycoordination,promotetheinternationalizationofenergyproduction,consumption,andtrade,andactivelyparticipateintheformulationofinternationalstandards.

Xinsaidthattopromotegreenenergytransformation,StateGridhasmadeanactionplantoachieveitsdecarbonizationgoalsandacceleratetheconstructionofanewtypeofpowersysteminChina.
Thecompanyalsoincreasedinvestmentinmajorscientificandtechnologicalprojects,andinitiatedtheestablishmentoftheinnovativeallianceonthenewtypeofpowersystem.
Italsostrengthenedgrids"construction,whichgreatlyimprovedthecapacityandensuredstableoperationsafterconnectingwithalargeamountofnewenergies.Uptonow,theStateGridhasbuilt33ultra-high-voltagetransmissionandtransformationprojects,constructedtheworld"slargestnewenergycloudplatformthatconnectedover4.4millionnewenergystations.
Inaddition,thegridhasvigorouslypromotedenergystoragedevelopment,andfacilitatedtheelectrificationofterminalenergyconsumption.Atpresent,electricityaccountsfor27percentoftotalenergyconsumedattheusers"end,andthisproportionwillfurtherincreaseinthefuture,Xinsaid.
